Your starting weight: 166 in February 2010
Your weight now: I will come back to this as I haven't weighed myself in a while!

How are you doing it? The past few days have been good! I am eating healthy food and have been cycling on my bike for 30-40 minutes plus using dumbbells and ankle weights. I also just changed my shoes which had been making me quite tired, so that helps!

I was worried too since I was technically already overweight pre-pgcy (5'7 and about 198lbs.). I ended up gaining 35lbs, which I thought was not too bad since two of my friends gained 70lbs (!!!) while PG. I'm more worried about when I get PG with #2 because I still have a belly from being PG with DD. :-/

What worked for me was daily exercise, even if it was just a walk around the block, and keeping a food diary to track protein intake (my MW and Bradley coach both required it). I was working in the city at the time and had a 1.5 hour commute each way that required me to take a train and two busses so I did a lot of walking on a daily basis. Don't get me wrong, I indulged during pgcy ("the baby wants it" was a common excuse, lol) but everything in moderation.
