Is your hand feeling a bit better? Things are going about the same here, still trying to staighten things out & unpack. I have to admit I'm not in that much of a hurry because frankly some days I just don't feel like it. This state isn't like Maine of Fl. where its easy to bring stuff to Goodwill, infact there isn't even a goodwill except for Providence & thats too far to go.
Nik & I have been trying to go to the beach & have made it a few times I find it very relaxing & she loves riding the waves on her body board.

Its understandable your aggravated that you tripped. I would be also. Tripping & be sore would have been bad enough but breaking something would have totally pissed me off. I'm so used to doing things myself I would go nuts not being able to do just the simple things. So I understand how you feel. When the cast comes off will the plate & screws stay in? I don't know much about those things. sorry if I sound stupid.
I broke my shoulder when I was a kid & every once in awhile my shoulder hurts enough to take Advil for a few days. never did that before so I'm guessing w/age arthritis has set in.
Hope it all gets better & I hope your elbow is ok iys probably just briuised.

the doc said the screws are the size of eyeglass screws - tiny.

Isn't it funny when someone says that had a screw or plate put in, how we think of that as the kind of screw we put in our screen door, or plate -- I picture my dinner plate size.
