This is the first day I've been able to sign in. First I hope you Grandparents are doing well and adjusting to the new format here. Secondly, my thoughts go out to any of you or your friends and family that will be affected by this so called "Frankenstorm" also known as hurricane Sandy. Our weatherman changed his tune this evening and informed us that IF the storm moves along a certain path, we MAY be in for some snow next week.
So...what's in your forecast?
Sharon
I'm glad you were able to get signed in. Are you still forecasted for snow? I can't get over how big an area this storm is covering.

Right now we are looking a several inches of snow and we're under both a Winter Storm Warning and a High Wind Warning. We're ready for it though. Plenty of food...two generators...extra gas.LOL

Our northern mountains got over 2 feet of snow in some areas. We got a pitiful spritz of snow flurries and some wind. I was so hoping for our first real snow of the season. Glad to know you didn't suffer any damages. This has been an awful storm. Reminds me of the one that came up through the Gulf of Mexico and caused the Blizzard of 93!
