Hmm, that's weird how caffeine can help some people but be a trigger for others.

Squeaks, here are the rich in Vitamin B foods she should eat more of:


Wholegrains, Wheatgerm, Yeast, Legumes, Nuts, Asparagus, Sunflower Seeds, Tomatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Chickpeas, Eggs, Milk, Mushrooms, Oats, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Spinach, Celery, Cabbage, Kale, Garlic, Cod, Tuna, and Brown Rice.


And if she doesn't now drink coffee, I wouldn't bother having her start up.
