Happy 4th of July weekend!

We got a mudslide last weekend straight into our pool, so we've been working HARD (with professional help and with lots of labor on dh's part) to clean it for tomorrow...and now it's supposed to rain. We'll see. But we HOPE to have a bbq with at least a good chunk of dh's family (24 immediate family; know of 7 who won't make it; haven't heard from 4). M@ has been working (rotten hours to me but he likes it - F and Sa from 4:45pm-1am, and today 9:45am-5pm) so he's looking forward to tomorrow off (during the week he's been taking a math class at comm college M-Th). Otherwise just doing chores and working on updating the hall bath! (and I have a good book if it does rain today or tomorrow; we'll still have the party anyway too but it'd wash out the pool party and likely fireworks as well)
