It's Thursday, let's chat!

Travis just left with his grandparents to go to the zoo. He didn't seem overly enthused but hopefully he'll have a good time.

Yesterday was an exhausting day. After the carpet guy left I had to vacuum up all the carpet shreds, then I moved as much of the furniture back as I could on my own. Finished up the rest when dh got home, and I also dusted pretty much everything because it needed it and no sense putting stuff back dusty! The carpet looks better and I have a very clean house. But moving stuff around really has given me a major bug to de-clutter and just refresh the house. We want/need some new furniture but I also would like to paint a few rooms, get some new curtains, some new things for the walls, etc. A little at a time, I guess! :-)

Today I'm just taking it kind of easy and catching up on laundry. I'm giving my mom a digital photo frame for her birthday later this month, so I need to get going on loading it full of pictures for her. I'm not sure what I'm allergic to but something is in the air that is really bothering me. I'm sneezing like crazy, have a runny/stuff nose, itchy eyes and itchy insides of my nose and mouth! Travis has the same thing to a lesser degree. I need to see if I have any Benadryl.
