New School Year Routine

How is your family adjusting to the new school year routine? We're finishing up our 3rd week, and things are finally starting to settle into place. The dog even was out of sync!

The high school schedules do seem a lot different for the kids. The girl who lives next door leaves for school about 30 minutes earlier than she did last year. She was telling me that the first week was pretty rough, but it's not so bad now. She's really busy, too, with all of the sports and additional homework.
We're doing OK with the school year. DD only goes three days a week (mornings). She doesn't particularly enjoy getting up in the mornings, but I wanted to get her used to it since she'll be going to all day kindergarten next year. The poor kid is definitely not a morning person, just like me!
