How was the weekend? Anything interesting on your calendar this week?

I still have left over goodies I'd like to share, so help yourself to some as well as something hot to drink. Though maybe we should be having our breaks at the gym right now, lol. Isn't that what we are suppose to be doing now that Jan has started? Head to the gym, going on diets.... Nah, its too cold for that right now, lets stay indoors and drink tea and coffee while we chat.

doesn't that feel wonderful though after all the hectic running around of the holidays? My week is pretty normal. Yesterday was the first Monday of the month so I was in the classroom covering centers for my gf. We didn't do Art so after centers I came home and did some quick cleaning. The rest of the week is laid back. Lindsay starts back at gymnastics on Friday and Philip is back to having Math Olympiad, Chess, DI, Tennis and karate. Tennis is twice a week, with one of those days Saturday, and karate is one hour a week. So he still has plenty of free time.

I'm enjoying being back on a schedule/routine that I can count on.

Yes, it does feel good to be back to normal, the routine of work, no constant exposure to fattening food, but I really did enjoy my time off because once the inlaws left, I had a week of just relaxing, no running around.
