I was in the bedroom watching TV when Gregory came in and asked if I could buy him a big, stuffed teddy bear. I asked him why and he responded "Because Dylan has one and he told me that I could bring mine over to his house and he could show me what he does with his". He was persistant and begged to get it and I simply told him "I'll think about it, go back in your room".

If you'll make reference to my post about he and Dylan taking pictures of each other then you'll know how fond I am of Dylan..... He's my least favorite of Greg's friends. He's just

I think we would start to be too busy to do things with this friend. I also think it would be time to have a talk abut how he is making bad choices when he is with this friend. Friends don't put you in that situation to begin with.

That's a good idea, cl-cariadlawn. I despise Dylan anyways. One night when we had a pool party (just a small get together) I spotted him with one of my little nieces and she was naked!! I quickly redressed her and sent her on her way then proceeded to scold him, telling him to go home. I even went so far as to calling him a little pervert. I can't stand him but Gregory thinks he's his best friend and so I feel that if I try to end their friendship then it would upset Greg.

Trust your gut. He'll be thankful you did, maybe not now, but later in life I'm sure. Maybe invite some other friends over to play for a couple of weekends so that he can be away from Dylan for awhile?
