How is the week looking for you and your 8/9 year old?

Today I'm cleaning house and basically getting things caught up for the week.

Tomorrow I will be running errands, especially grocery shopping, and pack up our backpack to take on the field trip.

Wednesday I will be on a 12 hour field trip with the 4th grade class. Because of the number of chaperones our class has I will be responsible for only two kids. But because our class is so small we will stay together as a group. We are also riding in tour buses and not school buses. AND we get to have music players (head sets) so I am thinking it won't be too bad.

Thursday is my normal day of helping up at the school and Friday I am doing something just for me.

Of course this whole week I have to remember to go get Lindsay early as K-3rd is on conference schedule. Wednesday she will be spending the afternoon until I return with a friend of hers. She will have a blast.

Philip keeps telling me they won't have a lot of homework this week because of the trip but I am not so sure about that.

We went to Sacramento. It was a long day but lots of fun. We got back after 7:15 and everyone was exhausted. I'm going to upload some of the pictures to photobucket and then I'll share. I just felt like I was running all last week and over the weekend I spent the time trying to catch up. I finally feel like I've gotten caught up. This week will be a lot quieter even with adding in cooking in the Kindergarten class.
