What to do with younger sibling during her sister's slumber party?

My soon to be 11 year old is having a slumber party this weekend (gulp) and one of my (many) worries is how to handle her little sister during the event. I don't have any family close by that she can go to plus she would be highly upset at being "sent away". But I worry that she will annoy the older girls by wanting to be a party of everything they do. Any tips?

Are you comfortable staying alone with the girls for sometime? I don't have girls but I know no way DH would want to spent too much time in a house full of 11 year old girls. Maybe he could take the little one out for awhile. It will keep her out of their hair and give her some special time so she won't feel excluded.

I second the idea of having your husband take the younger one out of the house for awhile! Let us know how it goes!
