Wow, interesting read.

Our kids go to bed anywhere from 7 to 8pm. The younger ones go to bed at 7, and sometimes my older DD too, because she needs the sleep. Sometimes she stays up with my older DS and we read a chapter or two together after the little ones have been tucked in. When we are out for the evening and don't get home late...ugh! A routine bedtime, the earlier the better, works best for us. We intend to keep it up as they get older, gradually moving the bedtime later.

Also, DH and I NEED bedtime. :o)

Thank you, Dedi, for Avery's great siggy!
