Oh, my gosh, YES! We are so stuck in a meal rut at our house. I make a menu each Sunday and I don't even know why I bother- I should just photo copy the one from the week before! Thanks for sharing- I've signed up! :)

I love trying new recipes but my kids are so darn picky that they often complain when we have a new dish. In order to avoid all of the frustration at the dinner table, we usually have the same thing over and over. Anyone have tips on getting picky eaters to try new things? It can be so frustrating!

Oh my gosh, this made me laugh! We have tacos WAY too much! Two of our family members (DH and my middle guy) have Celiac Disease so they are on a gluten-free diet. They both love Mexican food and thankfully we can make it without gluten so we eat it a ton!

We just have to leave a lot of the spices out, so my DH makes his own seasonings for the taco meat and such. Also, we use only corn tortillas and those are naturally gluten-free. Rice and beans are as well so it is super easy for our family!

Well, obviously we had no choice but to do it, but I think it really does make a difference. I love bread so the days when I do eat gluten, I feel more bloated and have less energy. It's a hard adjustment to make, but if it makes you feel better it sure is worth it!
