Kids love Veggie Tales but won't eat their veggies; they ask for Froot Loops but won't touch fruits. Sometimes, parents have to get creative—okay, sneaky—to get their kids to eat healthy foods. Read on for iVillagers' clever tricks for feeding picky eaters (husbands included) their vegetables.

I haven't tried this, but I recently heard that cabbage is great slipped into a smoothie. I am guess it should be boiled or something first, so that it is soft. I guess it is a neutral flavor and doesn't do much to the taste. So if your kids like smoothies, try it!
