its summer time now but i was thinking.
What did you and your kids do during your ride to school? Did you play games? Did you listen to any radio stations? which ones?
What do you do now in the summer?
i'll go first. each morning would be total chaos getting evetyone dressed,getting lunch ready,etc until we loaded into the car. The school isnt to far so we usually end on singing along to the radio. My dd loves to listen to Radio Disney 1110 am in the morning. its educational and entertaining and it makes the drive go smoother. now that its summer time we still listen. right now my kids all want to go to disneyland because of a promo radio disney has. if anyone is interested you could win a free trip to all 4 disney parks by listening. But we will probably end up going to disneyland if we dont win.:)

our ride to the schools are pretty short. They are only about 1.5 miles away from where we live.

I drive my kids everyday. It's about a 10-15 minute ride. It used to be 40 min before we moved. During the long drive I would sometimes buy books on tape to listen to and they all loved that. I had a carpool kid as well.
My hubby usually drives them in the morning on his way to work. They're usually kind of tired and just listen to the radio or just talk.
When I get them in the afternoon I like to chat about their days and talk about homework, activities, etc so we just have on background music.
