Do you get the sarcasm there?
LOL - sounds familiar.
I remember confirmation prep class about a million years ago! I was 12 I think- and we all had the same gripe about OUR PRECIOUS TIME! Of course you remember WE didn't have all the electronic gizmos and games of today to waste our time...I can't remember what else I thought I would have been doing that was so important.
You have no school on election day? We do here as far as I know. I've just raised girls, but I promise they are every bit as argumentitive. Do you notice they seem to be MORE SO when they especially know the answer is NO? It's like they already know they lost the round so just want to get us to the point of the ever parental, "Because I SAID SO!!!"
We have no school for election day because they use a lot of the elementary schools for polling places and you can't close one school w/o closing them all.
LOL Hang in there, it WILL get better - if you don't knock him into next week first! :smileywink: I don't know what it is about 15 and boys, but I spent about a year frustrated with each of mine as they reached that age! Take a deep breath mom, just like the terrible twos, this too shall pass!
I didn't like 15.
Music...I can honestly say it does get better. My middle son has been one of the more severe cases posted on here, and before he left our home he exchanged some pretty vile words with my dh, and his behaviors were extreme. There have been hard feelings on both sides since that time.
I would have to say that compared to some others, I really don't have a problem.
