Well....I can assure you that I am not employed nor do I have any financial connection with the one site that I mentioned, other than the fact that my teenage daughter wrote and directed a short EDUCATIONAL film dealing with teenage anxiety and depression, for which she received community service hours at her school.

I don't want anyone thinking that I have a problem with new posters or with discussing and being supportive of discussing or kids issues.

btamilee... I just wanted to let you know that I didn't consider your post to me in any way spam. I honestly appreciate everyones input and responses and I take all of it into consideration. I'm a somewhat intelligent woman and can distinguish between what is junk and what is valid and I honestly appreciate the link you provided to me. As I mentioned, after viewing the trailer I do believe it would help my daughter just to see that she isn't "going nuts" as she has told me before.

I thought the Families and Mental Illness board was very helpful, but it has been removed.

"As far as your daughter's video goes you could have talked about it in a non spammy way. Had you come on the board, joined the dialog, and in a natural way bragged on your daughter, it would have been cool. Then if someone had said, "Hey how could I get a copy of that" you could have responded by sending them a private message with the needed information. That wouldn't be spamming, and that would have been participating in a good way"

Well...thanks for clearing up what my posts should and should not say .
