Hi Julie,
Thank you for your kind words regarding my situation with my husband. You asked about how our dd was doing with everything - she is handling it as well as can be expected at this point. She is seeing a counselor and she is very close to her voice teacher who has been a source of strength. My plan is to work to restore my marriage, but dh has a long way to go. I know I can forgive, but only if he owns up to what happened - something he has yet to do. Divorce is a last resort, but I am no fool and I won't pretend.
You asked about the protein powder - the brand I bought is a local health food store brand of whey protein powder. I think they're all pretty much alike. It definitely gives the smoothies more bang for the buck.
On a sad note, I will probably be posting her fairly rarely. We discovered the "problem" with my being able to post is that ivillage is doing a higher than average amount of cookie tracking and my zone alarm was, rightfully, blocking it. We both do a tremendous amount of work on the computer with the Internet for our jobs and neither of us are comfortable with that degree of big-brotherness. I disabled the zone alarm to post this and I may visit from time to time - especially from the library.
I will be lurking and reading, however, so I'll want to hear what you decide about Colorado. I think it sounds very exciting. We lived in Long Beach about 30 years ago, and I thought the traffic and crowding was bad then!
Good luck to you and to all the fine people on this board.
jt

Lots of hugs, good wishes and prayers being sent your way, too. I truly hope you and your DH can work throught this tough time.
Pop in when you can, I'll be keeping an eye out for you ... and missing you, too.
