B Day Party

DD is having her 17th birthday party with 28 kids downstairs.
They are an absolute riot with the things they say.
I grilled cheeseburgers and bratz for them in the rain. They all thanked me for that.
Four rang the doorbell, talked to DD, then left. All I heard was "we don't have that here."
Now I'm upstairs listening to them having fun, laughing and thanking God for such a wonderful group of kids. There is SUCH a difference between the early teen years and the later teen years.
Hang in there moms...

Ramona Mom to 2 great kids and wife to one wonderful hubby since 1990!
Isn't it fun to listen to what they say? I had about 20 girls here for Kelsie's 16th b-day 1 1/2 yrs ago. They were a blast. I sat here on the computer and they forgot I was in here and just went about playing their word games etc. There were a few comments that were a bit off color, but all in all they were great.
Happy b-day to your dd!
