Apologies to ma2connor for hijacking her thread that ended up going down the road of my frustrations with my daughter's crankiness!

Also, your DD and you are fortunate and blessed to have an ant or awnt who cares so much.

Always keep in mind, it is better to make a false trip to the hospital, than not to go when necessary.

Aunt Dawn stopped by this afternoon while I was at work to "drop off some addresses for the wedding invitations."

Rose, please make sure they take the possiblity of preeclampsia seriously and are watching for whatever signs your OB RN aunt says to watch for.

PPT from someone who also had one in mid summer in the heat and humidity (would you believe they had our street torn up so I had to walk around the block to get to the car when we finally got to go to the hospital), with them insisting on keeping him inside when he wanted to come out (at 37 weeks) and then had contractions the whole time til they induced my back labor- hopefully Wyatt will cooperate more! I know the outcome is worth it but this stage can be so scary! Hugs to all.

And the sent her home! :-( Aunt Dawn the OB RN isn't overly impressed but gave some advice to try to help her be more comfortable, she said that sometimes the things she suggested helps hold off pre eclampsia, and the doc probably would like to keep Wyatt inside at least a few days longer if possoble. She is 18 days from her due date but that is from the 2nd due date they gave her. The first due date is still 24 days away.
Tim is hanging in there but is getting really worried too. Thankfully he has a couple of buddies who are a few years older who are also dealing with pregnant wives/girlfriends and they tend to commiserate quite a bit. One of those friends has a wife who has been in the hospital for 3 weeks.
Oh my! I just saw my grandbaby kick for the first time. Usually he is really quiet when I am around.

Prayers and positive thoughts would be greatly appreciated - Nicki's blood pressure was pretty high when she was seen at the office today, and now tonight she feels like it's even higher, and she has a killer headache that she hasn't been able to shake, is only getting worse, even after taking tylenol.
