My husband and I are in a huge disagreement of something my oldest son has done to his brother.

I cant imagine my own boys doing that and I have three. I can't imagine them shoving something out of the litter box in each others mouth either but I have to say if they were going for 'gross', it would be something more along those lines

Has the 'victim' denied it? Or just not told you about it?

I think you need to get the 12 yr old to open up-I would be worried he was being seriously bullied by the 14 yr old.

Are some of these step kids? Or am I reading something wrong thinking there are 2 12 yr olds?

Yes the two involved are step kids.

My boys were masters at tormenting each other, and coming up with new and creating ways to gross each other out. A nostalgic tear producing memory

I have worked with many gay and bisexual teens so this is what I would suggest. First off, I need to say that I am not assuming that either one of them have or do not have

This whole post just seems odd, from the inital question to the "Coaches" answer.

I have two boys and I certainly don't think this is 'normal' behavior.

Thank you for saying that so well. That is what I was attempting to say. I just wanted to say that the issue was about inappropriate behavior between siblings regardless of their sexes but it was too late and my mind wasn't in its normally logical mode, I guess. I apologize for the confusion.

I don't have boys but I agree with the others, that this is not 'normal' behavior.

okay, so what about the whole "boy" thing of "nipple twisters"?? I agree that what this poster is describing is way beyond anything I've ever heard or seen, but can anyone tell me about the whole nipple twister thing? I see a lot of junior high age boys doing it and I really dont' get it. And we had a kid suspended at school last year for trying it on a girl!! OMG - so why is it sexual harassment, and totally inappropriate to try it on a girl, but somehow socially acceptable to do it to each other? Is it just because we don't see that part of a guys body as being sexual in any way?
