Hope you all have a fun, safe New Years Eve and a blessed, healthy 2013! Are you doing anything tonight? We're having a nice steak dinner here at home. I got a bottle of champagne and we'll probably be in bed well before the ball drops!

We parties with most of our scout troop. It was nice. New Years day we went to see Les Mid. Wow, what a great flick. We then went to dinner at a Japanese steak house, our friends treated!! We then un -decked our halls.

On the way to bed early. I hope the year can make it without us.

We’re getting old!!!! LOL (Wish that was a joke and NOT true) (Nothing makes you feel better than having a teen clerk ask if you qualify for the senior discount.)

Older couple is in snow land with his parents and about 500 other relatives in a cabin with two toilets. (Actually about 45 people.) They all have fun there every year.

Youngest couple and the “little brothers” are here with us.

We’ll watch the rose parade and a game. Work in a nap. Sounding more and more like the old grandparents we are. LOL

I hope all of our “village people” have a really blessed year!!!!

Same to you, Pam, and to everyone else - and pretty much the same here - have some snacky stuff that we'll probably have later (shrimp, Landjager sausage, cheese, crackers, champagne) but I doubt I'll make midnight (dh usually does; he gets on the radio (ham) and contacts people all over the world).  I threatened dh in watching the Walking Dead marathon (kidding; I've seen them all) but he knows better  ;o).

Just enjoying watching it snow...not planning to venture out at all.
