To make a long story short. My daighter (19) has always been a good sleeper since she was an infant. FF to teens, I always had a hard time getting her up and out for school on time. FF to now, College, WORK. She misses work constantly for oversleeping. She has re-arranged her class schedule 2 semesters because she couldnt make the 7:30, 9:30 classes she registered for.
She was diagnosed with low iron anemia about 2 years ago, which explains her fatigue. But this is now getting out of hand. She has gone to the doctor, gotten blood tests, refuses to see about a sleep study. And she HATES taking meds, so her iron pills are not being taken consistantly.
I don't know what to do, She is over 18 so doctors/anyone really wont talk to me about her anymore. I have asked if she is depressed, which results in an argument. Asked her to see a therapist or someone to talk to. I am at the end of the road. I don't know how to help her. She is now making less money than she was in High School. She will soon not have $ for her expenses and I have vowed NOT to give her any. I already pay for her basic living expenses.
