It's easy for me to bring food Thanksgiving to my aunts.

While your intentions are good, bringing a main dish when they have asked you not to bring anything, would be rude.

Just curious--what is a Pennsylvania pretzel dish?

Yes, it would be rude to bring along a dinner when invited to a dinner. LOL.

If you feel that strongly about bringing the ham, call and ask your aunt. She may be fine with it.

Otherwise, if told to not bring anything, the best option is to bring a gift for the host/hostess, such as a plant, flowers, wine, notecards, holiday themed something.
