I sound like a terrible parent. My DC left their journal out one day and it was opened to the last entry. It contained lies - or exagerated feelings - about something that had happened the previous day. I want to respect my DC's privacy, but knowing what I read isn't true, and having other circumstances in our life (child is a product of divorce), I'm concerned that the other parent will read these lies and believe them.
Thanks in advance. Hope I did't offend anyone.
