We all had our chance to say what we needed to say in that other thread.

I usually drink a pot of coffee between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m., (yes, I know that's excessive!) and then I switch to Lipton's green tea to go, mandarin and mango.... and drink 3-5 bottles of that throughout the rest of the day.

I'm 52 and my name is not Janet, but Jean. (When I first started posting over a year ago I was worrying like crazy about DS18, I was afraid he'd read my posts and get even more stressed out, and start worrying about me. So I used a fake name. My sister's name is Janet.)

Besides DS18 at MSU, I have DS24 and DH of 30 years. We now live in northern VA.

Coffee's a must in the morning, and in winter I often drink tea later in the day to stay warm. Occasionally I have a pop in the afternoon.

I used to prefer showers, but since we moved that's changed. We have this huge master bedroom with a good-sized bath and a glass-enclosed shower. Looks great from a distance. And we have a big soaking tub--or so it appears. The prior owners caulked over mold in the shower---gross---so I prefer to take baths until I get around to recaulking. But our seemingly huge soaking tub is one in which I cannot even stretch out, and I'm only 5'5". I really miss our custom-built, modest, clean, functional ranch in MI. (That's what I get for agreeing to let DH choose the townhouse without my seeing it.) When I need to wash my hair, it's got to be a shower. Otherwise I guess I prefer a bath. Fortunately our gym has decent showers so I don't have to use our gross one at home too much.

If anyone has any tips for de-molding the shower I'd love to hear them. All my live I've only had shower curtains that I threw in the wash--never before had to deal with the glass door frames that grow gunk. I'm afraid I'll end up cracking the glass when I try recaulking, so I just keep putting it off.

Carson in Minneapolis. All the family crap is in the profile. (sorry...*stuff*... the STUFF is in the profile.)

The aging process has made me curtail caffeine intake.

I guess I do it all ... coffee and tea in the mornings and a diet Coke at lunch.
