I should preface this by saying that at the moment I am incredibly unhappy with older teen/young 20-something employees that I supervise.

Well, that's better than my kids, who've talked about which of THEM gets to live in MY "mansion", and how to divide up the antique muscle car and the newer corvette, the china and the crystal, and how NEITHER of them wants the Depression glass or the collection of cookie jars.

To be fair, my son (age 13) is planning to buy a large mansion, saying I could live in it, but I will have to do the majority of the house and yard work!?! Hey!! Our two teens have already divided up dh and I, dd will take dh and ds will take me. I am sure dd will let dh live in luxury too!! Sigh.

*I* didn't mean to be rude Kimmy. Maybe our difference is a North-South thing. After all, *MY* mother told me, "Just in case your husband runs off with his mistress, or forgets to pay the life insurance and gets hit by a bus, get a good education and a good job, so you can support yourself AND your children". And I did.

I don't think Ramona was talking to YOU, Kimmy. And as much as your Mom was trying to give good advice re your hubby, I do think they'd heard of Gloria Steinem, in Texas. But maybe they just never listened.
Hubby needs to take care of wifey's needs too. And sometimes, wifey's needs are to just SLEEP in that bed. DH & I BOTH worked full-time our entire married life. And even if I hadn't, after doing housework, cooking, shopping, and taking care of 2 ADD/ODD/OCD/LD kids, I think flaunting a teddy would have been LAST on my totem pole. We did, however, find that when we locked the bathroom door, and turned the shower on full blast, they couldn't find us...

Oh Ramona,

With a smile I say I'm sorry. I did not mean to be rude.

I think you and I and many of the others are on the same page with
