Sure is quiet in here. Prom?

This is the season for Prom in many areas of the US. The local high school will be holding their prom this Saturday. It's a jr./sr. prom. At least one half of the couple has to be a junior or senior. Our oldest went both his junior and senior year. Our youngest just went his senior year. Any of your kids going or have gone this year?

There's a HS here locally that was devastated by the Good Friday tornado - they're asking for donations so the kids can all go to prom!

Connor is a senior but decided not to go this year. He hasn't been seeing anyone this year and didn't think it worth it.

Well, sneakymom, a woman at the bridal shop where DD will be getting the bridesmaids dresses for her wedding told me that a good full crinoline can bring up a full skirt 9 inches for a short gal... might end up saving you a small fortune on alterations.
