I love Christmas music, until this year we didn't have a local radio station that played all Christmas music, but now we have "Madison's Home for the Holidays - All Christmas music, all the time" from the day after Thanksgiving until I think New Year's day.
My favorite carole has to be Silent Night by candlelight on Christmas Eve at church.
I'm Jewish so I don't listen to too much Christmas music, but my entire family LOVES the Transiberian Orchestra. We went to a concert a few years ago and are hooked.
Yay! I figured out how to "reply to all!" I love most Christmas music, and of course all of the religious standards (O Holy Night, O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, Angels We Have Heard on High), but one of my favorite secular songs is "Sleigh Ride", especially the times I've seen it performed by an orchestra. I love some of the special effects in that song--like the clip clop of the hooves and the cracking of the whip, etc.
That said, I have to say that hearing Christmas music non-stop in the malls starting sometime in September or early October has taken away some of the joy of listening to the music, at least for me. I don't know how people who work in those stores can stand it. And most of the radio stations that play Christmas music here begin on Thanksgiving and end on Christmas Day! That is so not what Christmas is all about!

I love holiday music too, Pam.
I've always liked O Come all ye Faithful.

My favorite? Someday at Christmas by Stevie Wonder.
But I love most all of it, the standards, religious, classical, I even have a CD of all organ Christmas music.
