Well, at 13, she cannot have sex with her bf unless you allow her to go somewhere with him, or allow him to come to your house, unsupervised.
Well I certainly think it's better to be on b.c. than have a baby at 13 but when she said "I'm going to have sex w/ my BF" did you at least tell her that it was a terrible idea?
