trouble teen

I have a 15 year old son,who means the world to me. He's been in so much trouble since he was 13 he went to jail and recently did 6 months. I honestly thought he learned his lesson but times he seems to relapse. He drinks when he goes with his dad and smokes weed. We argue all the time cause I try to tell him he is messing up. I scared that one day I.will get a call he is dead. Someone please help
