On school nights both my five and seven year old go to bed between 7:30 and 8:00. They get up at about 7:00 a.m. On Friday and Saturday nights I relax this by quite a bit.

My dd (6 1/2) goes to bed between 8:30-9:00.. nine if it's been one of "those" nights.. She doesn't wake up until the alarm goes off at 7:45.

I think Aubrey has said her friends go to sleep between 8-9 during the week.. no way I could do 8 or earlier. Dh doesn't get home and showered (he's a mechanic) until 7 and that's when we eat..

My kids stay up later on the weekend and sleep in as well. I'm a night owl and I'm soooo glad I don't have any early risers!!

WEll my set bedtime is 8 but he's always tired before that even on weekends. He went to bed at 7 tonight. He'll say I'm tired I'm going to bed and he goes right up and then I'll go tuck him him. And one night he passed out at 630. But, my daughter gets up around 5 sometimes earlier and he hears her nad gets up too so that's why he's out early!

What an adorable picture!!!!! She is precious!

I have to say that in this area we struggle sometimes. I used to have them in bed by 830. Then we tried 700 which then moved to 730. Now its at 8:00....lights out immediately for Trin (3 in Feb) and at 830 for Tre (9). SO far this works best. I know I'll be changing it again for Trin as she gets to a point where she doesn't nap anymore. They both get up at 700.

I think her bedtime sounds about average for her age. If you feel that time is the best for her- then stick to it :) Our 5 year old goes to bed at 8:00 pm, and we get up around 6:30 am for school.

Mine are usually in bed and asleep by 8:30. Usually meaning not a church night when we don't get home till 8 then have to do the bedtime stuff. They're up around 7 so I think that's fine.
