B-day party, WWYD??

MY DD's 7th b-day is coming up. We have decided to have her party at a place near us called Swing-a-round fun town. You get a package deal that includes pizza, soda, & two activities. We have chosen mini-golf & game tokens. My dilema is that since you have to pay per child, and my DD has several cousins & her Girl Scout troop to invite already, I just can't allow her to invite her whole class. The school has a rule that if you don't invite the whole class, you can't give out invites at school. I don't know the parents of the kids in her class that she wants to invite. WWYD?

Wow ... we have a telephone directory which is quite helpful. This could be a great opportunity for her to learn her writing skills. You could give her a special pad of paper to take to school. Maybe you can have pre-written in the pad...

Child's Name:
Mom's Name:
Dad's Name:
Last Name:

Explain to her it's her responsibility to get as much information as possible if she wants them at the party. Now, maybe tell her to say she just wants this information just because so the other kids do not catch wind of a party they're not invited to. Could always use summer break, which is coming up too fast, as the reason for requests.

Good luck. I hate trying to organize parties, parents can be so rude.

Most of all... have fun!

Depending on the teacher/school you might be able to get a list of the students with their phone numbers and or addresses.
