Thankfully it looks like my boys are getting just the right amount of sleep. They go to bed around 8 and are up by 7. That means they are getting about 11 hours of sleep per night. I've always thought that perhaps they were getting too much but it seems like that's just about right. Some mornings it is so hard to get them out of bed!

It's been going so-so, we've had relatives in town and sean had his birthday so they've been going to bed a bit later than normal. We'll get it sorted out though.

It's going "so-so" for us as well. We put my youngest son to bed around 8-ish and my oldest around 8:30-ish. My oldest son has no problems falling asleep but my youngest definitely has my husband and I's night owl tendencies. Like pbjnut said, he's often still awake at 10. Melatonin helps some but he just has a hard time shutting his brain off at night.
