for vtech? (I'm pretty sure that's what it's for)It said something along the lines of smart kids vs cool kids. I was really aggrivated by that! My son and I saw it and he said "Well, I'm smart, does that mean I'm not cool?" Of course I explained to him that you don't have to be one or the other, that he is both, but what were the makers of this commercial thinking? Just wanted to rant I guess. Just wondering if anyone else saw it and if so, what do you think of it?

I couldn't remember where I saw it or even what the commercial was for, and then today I saw it again. It was on E! during Dr.90210. The commercial is for the Vtech nitro notebook. I figured when I didn't see it again, that maybe something was done about it, but then I saw it again today. I'm sure the first time I saw it it was on a kids channel though, because that's all my son watches on TV and it was on during one of his shows. So I'm guessing the first time it was either on Nick or Cartoon network. I just can't believe that they would send that message to kids.

That's a TERRIBLE commercial! I haven't seen it but the message is horrific!

I have to tell you that a few years ago there was a mom on this board who was irritated with a movie that made fun of autistic childrena nd she got a petition going via email. Maybe you could start one yourself?

Is there a particular channel or show this commercial comes on during?
