I have another question on here, kind of a silly question I guess but just wondering.

I don't think it would hurt to check with the dentist but there is a pretty big range of "average" for first tooth lost ~it's 5 to 8yoa! Olivia didn't lose her first one until after her 6th birthday (despite being a very early teether~she had 4 teeth at 3.5 months). Subsequently, she's lost 6 more

Poor girl, that is disappointing when it's happening to everyone else.

My daughter didn't lose her first tooth until she was almost 6 1/2. She's the oldest in her kindergarten class, but she was the last to lose a tooth and many of the kids lost their first before kindergarten.

The dentist told me she was a little on the late side, but it isn't terribly uncommon to lose the first tooth even later than she did.

My 3rd grader just now has his front teeth growing in, and my first grader lost hers over a year ago LOL

My daughter is 6 and no loose teeth either. She keeps waiting. She still has no signs of her 6 year molars either. She was late getting teeth though. She didn't get her first tooth until 9 months old so the dentist said she would probably lose hers later. They say the later the teeth the later they lose them, but it is different for every child. You just never know. Tell her to hang in there. It will happen soon enough.
