What do you feed your kids pre game to give them the energy they need? I have been really trying to work with my older son's diet pregame as I feel it really plays into the amount of energy he has. He tends to fade mid game and has a hard time keeping up the pace he had at the beginning of the game (he plays hockey). We are also sometimes pressed for time afterschool/travelling to a game. I have purchased some energy bars to try. Anyone have any ideas or resources they could share?
