Cell phone, How much is too much?

Can you limit her by the bill ? Only allow a certain agreed amount and if she goes over cut her off. That would be my approach. I know it is tough, especially when her friends do it, but you need to set a limit that you are comfortable with and stick with it.

My dd is 10 but most of her friends are 11 and some have cell phones. She does not need one right now but they are definitely the "it" thing.
