My idea would be to have DH and the kids do all the pizza stuff, actually the idea is really growing on me for Mother's Day.

I like Daisy's suit. The suits look nice together without being to matchy or too alike.

dyk Is it just you, Dh and the kids on Mothers Day?

dyk At my sister's, it's a bigger crowd - she and her Dh, their two adult kids, her elderly MIL, her Dh's sister along with her Dh and their 3 adult kids, my dh, me and my kids - plus if any of the adult kids aged 23-30 brings a date, I think as of now, only one is in a serious relationship

dyk My sister likes simple - order food, pick it up, put it out, use paper goods, throw everything away :)

dyk make your own pizzas could be fun and not too much trouble if it's just your own little family and they do all the cleanup and stuff

dyk My BIL isn't big in the kitchen and my sister's kiddults don't live at her house, so they don't know how she runs and keeps the kitchen.

dyk She and I work well in each others' kitchens together but us doing the work would defeat the purpose of the day.

dyk When my mom was alive, she couldn't understand why I didn't want to entertain on Mothers Day like my sister, but once I had kids, I had no desire to make the day about entertaining someone else.

It may be just us, or a bigger crowd. If my parents are around then my brothers and their wives and children may be here.
