I totally understand your frustration. I was involved as a Girl Scout co-leader and sometimes I felt like a babysitter to the parents. I just hope the girls benefitted from our scout group. Also, I help with my girls' soccer teams. One team needs some babysitting, but it isn't too bad. It's just hard when most moms don't want to help and you're stuck doing all the communication and they don't listen. At this age, 8th graders should be able to keep track of their outings and times and tell the parents, but it's not the kids' fault if their parents are flakes! LOL

Good luck!
