DYK Thread for August

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

Wow what was the money for?I do spend close to $200 on supplies, but we don't have to pay anything else and technally the school isn't even allowed to tell us to buy supplies, but try to be without...Does that $200 include yearbooks or sports teams?

You're welcome, anytime :)

I'm sitting here on the back porch and the kids are playing on the trampoline

The boys need to be careful with Tessa and Jenna, they can get too rough on there, so Michael is spotting

I was sitting on my right leg, and it's asleep and the pins and needles are killing me, LOL

Neither Tessa nor Jenna have any loose teeth yet, and they'll be 6 on September 10

Is that normal??

I think there is a wide range of normal, where teeeth are concerned.,DId they get teeth kind of late.Gab lost her first tooth when she was in kdg,and she has no front teeth in her 1st grade school pic,it was taken in Sept,so she was around 6 1/2.

OMG my boys are SO PHYSICAL!!

I'm watching them throw each other and grab each other by the neck and jump on top of each other

Is that necessary?

The girls got off and Michael is pushing them on the swings, so I can relax now, LOL

Well, my girls were 7 weeks preemie, so I'm sure that factors in

They didn't get baby teeth until 8 months, if I remember correctly

They are also really teeny

I worry about their growth factor, and if it's normal

Michael thinks I worry too much, LOL

I have no idea, but it seems to be the norm with boys

I can even recall Michael and his brother beating each other up when I dated him in high school

Maybe it's a dominance thing (That was just suggested to me on FB, LOL)

But even look at men's sports: Football and hockey and wrestling are soooo physical!!

I don't get that

Touch me from affection, and that's it!
