DYK Thread for August

**For those uncertain to what a DYK thread is......**

DYK stands for Did You Know or Do You Know

It is simply a chit chat thread where every thought is written in sentences and each sentences starts with the initials DYK---it is fun, entertaining and a great way to meet the board members

We got a Fridgiare. We ended up getting white since I have white cabinets and we really do not have a modern kitchen,so stainless steel would not go in our kitchen. We got a top freezer.I am not really a fan of side be sides since they seem smaller. That is how our fidge started to go.Then it did not seem to be cooling as well.Of course since Dale was busy with traveling silly him waited until it totally went. Then we had to get one that day.It all worked out though and we actually ended up getting it at a family owned local business since they gave us a lower price, because Dale told him he would love to buy off them but Best Buy was a little lower. They sold ot to us for about $50 less, they gave Dale the dolley to get the new fridge in then they came back on Monday to take the old fridge away. They would have dellivered but we wanted it on Sat and Dale had a huge truck he was renting for work.Plus the fact that it was the first time the fridge was away from the wall, since we have been in the house.I did not want delivery men see any mess behind my fridg,so all worked out great.
