Good morning all! I'm disappointed that I wasn't called in to work today. I'll be leaving in 5 minutes to put DS on the bus, then leaving for the bank and library.

Good morning. I have had my coffee and am ready to go. I was up early, Jordyn got contacts last night and was having a pretty rough time putting them in, so I told her I'd get her up before I left and let her try again, but that if she didn't get them in before I left for work I'd pop them in for her and she can continuing praticing. But after about 3 tries on each eye they popped right in. She's so excited to have contacts! however her prescription changed drastically since her last visit in January. The eye doctor said that your eyes tend to change just after or just before a large growth spurt. Interesting, I have never heard that.

I have to drop off my daycare packet at lunch today to ensure I have some sort of daycare lined up sometime next summer for the baby, and I need to get down to the HR department to ask about maternity leave and short term disability. I have to finish the decorations for the meet this weekend, figure out what's for dinner, and take up my gift card order to the gym tonight. That is about it.

Have a great day. Tracy

Didn't vote yet. Better get to that soon -

Going to bible study, then having lunch with DH. This afternoon Hannah has soccer practice. Of course it's raining. Imagine that!

Glad your feeling better - So far I've escaped the crude. I'm surprised I have because of being at the schools.

hey Brandee, I was freezing this morning so I go to turn on the heat full blast and low and behold DH has put some sort of blocker on the needle so I can't turn it on full blast like I do all the time. I wonder if I should take the hint and keep the heat down? Hum? He is so crafty.

That sounds like something my dad would do! I grew up in a home where the furnace was set at 55* at night. I vowed when I moved out that I would NEVER, EVER be overly frugal when it came to the comfort of my home. There's a lot of other things we can cut/do to save money. Now, don't get me wrong.. we don't turn the furnace up to 80* and wear shorts or anything, but I do keep it at a modest 73* and if I get chilly - up it goes!
