I DID homeschool my son for 9th grade because this new school wasn't open..they wanted to bus him to basically what was the PROJECTS...a very low income, high crime area. At this school, 13% of freshman PASSED the end of grade test. I figured I couldn't do any worse, and he was very successful! We thought we were moving this year so I suggested it, but Mackenzie totally flipped her lid...so no... And now we're extended another two full years! YEAH!!!
And yes, I graduated with a 4.0 from college two years ago and hubby did the same..with a Master's Degree in Adult Education. We'd homeschool in a heartbeat if they wanted/needed it!
