Does anyone here work from home? I am having a heck of a time today focusing on doing work. I am supposed to be working on writing and designing a brochure for a fabulous house that my husband is selling, (he is a realtor and I work for him; it's an arrangement that has its pros & cons), but it is a huge project and I am constantly distracted by the laundry, the cleaning, emails, the phone that won't stop ringing, and feeling hungry... I've never been good at this work-at-home thing.
Hi everyone! We're in the homestretch getting ready for the MIL. Evan's room is all done (he worked soooo hard - I'm sooooo proud of him). Megan just needs to clean up her desk and dresser. Dh decided we're just closing the door to our room. My stuff is neat - his is a disaster! He just has toooooo much. The living room is ready, dining room is about 10 minutes from ready as is the kitchen. The family room needs about 30 minutes. Their sheets and bedding is all ready. Towels too.
Tonight is "fridge night" meaning everyone serves themselves from whatever is left in the fridge and Evan is going to skip swim practice. He's really tired because he stayed up late cleaning his room and he was playing soccer in a pickup game after school without shoes and ripped part of the nail off his big toe. He'll go tomorrow. No biggee.
good morning........running early. I have dropped jackie off at school with the intentions of making it to work on time.......barely made that.. got off to a bad start....But I am not feeling well. I could use a hot bath tub and a nap..... i am leaving today at three to go down town. So that should be fun.
Morning!

And a good morning to everyone, as well.
