So today I did a random inspection of backpacks...today might have been the wrong day. 2 out of 3 offspring had backpacks from HADES! I was LIVID!

To be perfectly honest, I only clean out the back packs when I'm in a God-awful mood. Why ruin a good mood? I have found things that grew legs and tried to get away from me.

My 10 year old son is the absolute worst. he would carry around every paper from an entire school year if I didn't wrangle that thing to the ground and unpack it with rubber gloves and a red bag.

Gab needs binders for every class and they all have to be 1 1/2 inches. She needs a new one for math already.her reading and English binder are not in the best shape either.Gab won't/can't use Dale's work binders becasue the front does not have a pocket.I should have just bought all $8 binders to begin with becasue they seem to last all year.I already need to buy a new science binder in Jan since Gab is going from Physical science to life science.I hate that she needs a binder for every class.SHe really does becasue the teachers check them and grade them.We also need dividers for every binder.

This year I bought my kids the poly binders. Those things are durable. I remember having them when I was in high school and they aren't as heavy as the other binders. They take up less room too

I've gotta be honest, I would never look in Kayleigh's bag. She just uses a drawstring bag, no backpack and at 13, I don't want to be involved.
