Out next day offf is Friday Feb 17th.

Ian has a half day on Feb 7th for parent teacher conferences, and the next full day off is Feb 20th, the beginning of our midwinter break week.

Our next day off of school is Presidents' Day. Then we don't have any time off until the second week of April, when we have a long weekend. this makes for a very long March.

That is nice, buyer wise, but yes, it does show better if staged or looks lived in, but you don't have to be constantly making sure everything is picked up and clean at the drop of a hat. Good luck to you all around, it sounds like overall its a good arrangement for everyone involved!
