He doesn't do it that often (less than 10 minutes/week) so I don't really worry; he has his CD/MP3/AM/FM player that he insisted on buying, and usually listens to Weird Al. Radio is also hip hop or rap, which I also dislike immensely, but it's so seldom I don't really mind. Usually he'll hear some objectionable lyrics and turn it off himself! He's very against bad language!

Only Rachel listens to the radio at night, and then it's usually a sports broadcast or the jazz station to fall asleep to. She also loves hip-hop, but we've talked about when lyrics are inappropriate. I try to sometimes listen to the youngsters station in the car so I can hear what they're listening to, if I can stand it! Their bus driver plays several radio stations on the bus, so they hear the radio then. The kids claim he turns the station when the DJs are talking, because some of their conversations are definitely not for
