It does Wendy, and honestly, as I was discussing with a few other friends, I am pretty sure I have started perimenopause, I've been getting night sweats since early in the summer, so it seems like even if I'm not being woken up by DH coming in at all hours of the night, or Madison coming in to sleep with us or needing to go to the bathroom, I am being woke up by sweating! Not exactly what I really expected life wise at 35 years old.

Oh goodness Wendy! I am glad it wasn't worse and no one was hurt! I can imagine all the change, and you guys being gone has gotten to him a bit.

Yeah, I've been getting night sweats too. Yuck. I switched the fleece blanket on our bed for a cotton one and (sorry if this is TMI, everyone) sleep in a cami and panties b/c PJs are just too much. But I'm 45, so I guess it's to be expected.

My mom entered it around the same time, so I sort of thought it would happen, but I thought it'd be a few more years. It started happening about 3 months after Madison stopped nursing. I sleep in sweets and a tank top. I'd sleep in less, but (TMI) if I sleep in much less, DH takes that as an invitation... Even if I tell him differently. lOL! I usually end up getting up in the middle of the night, turn the heat down and turn on the ceiling fan.

It is great when you find a hairdresser you like. We have lived here for almost five years, an di just found someone I like about a year ago!

I really like my hairdresser and she works at a very nice full-service salon right here in town. Unfortunately, she only works 2 days a week, so it is very difficult to get an appointment with her.

BTW, we dominated at basketball tonight. JV won 69 to 33 and Varsity won 80 to 58. And DS got a pretty fair amount of playing time tonight. He did not get to play varsity, but the fact that he had the opportunity to get on the court is a good thing. He was beginning to get pretty frustrated about not getting to play.

Oh, and the cheerleading uniforms finally came in! DD came in during Homework Club and modeled the skirt for me. I can't wait to see how the whole ensemble looks, but she got called in to work after the game, so she will not be home for a while.
