I'm not rewashing.Dale said he'd clean out the closet thsi weekedn. But eventually he has to pull up the rug since it got wet.we are waiting til spring to do that.Gab just wants her clothing back in her closet.
Her M/S play.Thourghly Modern Millie. She is playing a dancer and a few other things.she always gets the big dancing rolls in plays since she is an awesome dancer. They have had to cancel practice a lot this year because of snow and the play is in less than a month.
The snow held off last night too.So it was nice for Gabby's Confirmation.I was worried about my mom driving her home since she was her sponser.Gabby did a great job.The Bishop picked her to answer a question about the gifts of The Holy Sprirt.SHe knew all the answers. She did correct him because they had her name down as Gaberilla not Gabrielle. She picked Genevive for her Confirmation name, since she was a Saint in Paris and Gabby loves all thisngs French. The cermony was a little over an hour since only 16 kids made Confirmation. Her friends from teh other Catholic churches near us made theirs on Tuesday and tonight. The kids who made it on Tuesday had 6o kids and the ones making it tonight have over 100.When will Abby make her Confirmation?
I'm glad the snow held off. Confirmation is in 9th grade here. Next year is pre-confirmation, and it's almost as intense and strict as confirmation year.
Gabby had to go on a retreat, plus she had to volunteer at church dinners and all. They actually made Confirmation earlier this year some years they don't make it til May,but the Bishop tells you when he is coming. He hit 3 churches this week all withion a few miles of each other.
OMG, if it wasn't cold and dark, I would be sending Zoe out to jump on the trampoline and get rid of some energy.
She still can't sit still. She keeps flipping the footstool over, and flipped it over on top of herself once. She's going to get hurt. She also is having a fit because she has a scab on her arm and it itches.
They have to do lots of service hours for confirmation here, but I don't know exactly how many. They also have a retreat. I think it's usually in May, from the schedules I've seen in the past.
